The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and the Taipei Exchange (TPEx) have announced the results of the 12th Corporate Governance Evaluations. ECOVE Environment Corp. (ECOVE) stood out among numerous TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed companies to secure a spot in the top 5% for the 12 consecutive year, becoming one of the very few benchmark enterprises in Taiwan to achieve this milestone. This demonstrated the concrete results of ECOVE’s long-term efforts to fully embed integrity in business practices, sustainable governance, risk management, and ESG initiatives into its daily operations.

To align with domestic and international policy trends, sustainability-related criteria accounted for as much as 49% of this year’s evaluation, which will be officially renamed the “ESG Evaluation” starting next year. With the vision of being “the most reliable provider of sustainable resource cycling services,” ECOVE has spearheaded for years the circular economy through four major lines of business: energy from waste, water reclamation, recycling and reuse, and electromechanical facilities installation and maintenance. By anchoring its business growth in sustainability trends, ECOVE has consistently maintained outstanding governance performance despite increasingly stringent and evolving evaluation criteria, demonstrating an exceptionally resilient corporate governance foundation.

In response to the regulatory updates and the ongoing refinement of corporate governance blueprints in recent years, ECOVE not only actively aligns with policy directions and legal requirements but also addresses key stakeholders interests. By establishing a comprehensive system across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions and implementing rolling reviews, the company strives to balance economic, environmental, and social value. Looking ahead, ECOVE will continue to hold itself to the highest standards, utilizing forward-looking governance strategies to meet stakeholder expectations and steadily advance toward its sustainable growth goals.
