ECOVE Ranked in the Top 5% of the Corporate Governance Evaluation for the 12th Consecutive Year, Setting a Sustainability Benchmark through Resource Cycling
The results of the 12th Corporate Governance Evaluation, jointly conducted by the Taiwan Stock Exchange and Taipei Exchange, have been announced. ECOVE stood out among numerous TWSE- and TPEx-listed companies and was once again recognized in the Top 5%, marking its 12th consecutive year receiving the highest-tier distinction. As one of the very few benchmark enterprises in Taiwan to reach this milestone, ECOVE demonstrates the concrete results of its long-term commitment to fully embedding ethical management, sustainable governance, risk management, and ESG sustainability actions into daily operations. To align with domestic and international policy trends, sustainability-related indicators accounted for as much as 49% of this year's evaluation criteria, and the evaluation will be renamed the ESG Evaluation in 2026. Guided by its vision of being "The most reliable provider of industry-leading resource cycling services," ECOVE has continued to deepen its presence in the circular economy over the years, while applying sustainability thinking to strengthen its business portfolio and operational development. This business development, closely aligned with sustainability trends, has enabled ECOVE to maintain stable and outstanding governance performance and remain on the list despite continuous updates and increasingly stringent evaluation criteria over the past 12 years, reflecting the Company's highly resilient corporate governance foundation. In response to the competent authorities' continued promotion of the Corporate Governance Roadmap and refinement of related regulations in recent years, ECOVE has not only actively aligned with policy directions and legal requirements, but has also established comprehensive systems across the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions to address sustainability issues of concern to stakeholders, while continuously reviewing and improving these systems on a rolling basis. ECOVE is committed to balancing economic, environmental, and social value. Looking ahead, ECOVE will continue to hold itself to high standards, respond to stakeholder expectations with more forward-looking governance strategies, and move steadily toward its sustainable growth goals.

ECOVE was recognized as a TOP 5% company in the Corporate Governance Evaluation System for the twelfth consecutive year. The award was presented by FSC Chairperson Peng Jin-lung, with General Manager Jason Su of ECOVE's subsidiary, ECOVE MEC, accepting the award on behalf of the company.
